Basic Requirements:At the ZS-IV level: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-06 (ZS-III for NIST). Specialized experience is defined as: experience providing administrative and clerical support, familiarity with using and performing data entry in programs such as Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint
At the ZS-V level: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-08 (ZS-IV for NIST). Specialized experience is defined as: experience providing training on, and processing purchase requests (using a business credit card or account), processing travel requests and timekeeping experience collaborating with multiple work units outside your immediate team experience completing work with prominent visibility and directly supporting a senior leader within your business/agency
In addition to the above basic requirements, ALL applicants must be able to type 40 WPM.
