How would you like to help families navigate through the Medicaid process to get clients' benefits quickly and save them as much money as possible?
Compensation:$47,000 - $48,000 total compensation
Responsibilities:- Client Communication
- Submit applications
- Administrative support to Paralegal
- Create and manage client files
- Serve as point of contact for clients
- Serve as point of contact for nursing homes
- Follow up with DFCS
- Organize and maintain client case files
- Continuous client follow-up
- Request client documents to manage deadlines
- Management of client documents
- Client Service experience in a professional office environment required; experience in legal field preferred
- Case management experience a plus
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong follow-up skills to ensure deadlines are met
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with clients in a crisis situation
- Honest and high integrity
- Proficient in MS Office, Mac OS, CRM Database exp.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
