* Responsibilities include: * Crafting and upkeeping stunning landscapes for residential, commercial, and recreational purposes * Landscape Maintenance duties such as mowing, edging, weed management, pruning, raking, and tidying up * Overseeing lawn enhancements and the establishment of new lawns * Planting a variety of trees, shrubs, and flowers * Installing soil, bark, and rocks for landscape projects
Starting wage for entry-level positions is $18 per hour (compensation based on experience).

Compensation:$18 - $20 DOE
Responsibilities:- Maintaining landscapes by performing tasks such as mowing, edging, weed control, pruning, raking, and cleaning up
- Operating and maintaining various tools, equipment, and gas-powered machinery like mowers, edgers, aerators, blowers, etc., with a preference for experience with larger equipment
- Demonstrating strong teamwork skills by completing tasks both independently and as part of a team
- Enjoying working outdoors to stay active and fit
- Being willing to work in various weather conditions including rain, wind, heat, and cold

- Availability required Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5 pm.
- A valid and current Driver’s License is a must for this role.
- Reliable transportation is necessary for commuting to various job sites.
We are a growing company and service SW Washington - most of our clients are in the Vancouver area. Our clients are Homeowners Associations, Residential, and some commercial. We provide landscaping installation and maintenance as well as irrigation services.
