Seeking a licensed Buyer's Sales Agent to join our expanding real estate team in Tampa, FL, offering the potential to earn a six-figure income annually. Must hold a valid real estate license. Our agents are provided with essential resources for success, including high-quality lead flow, more leads than you can handle, marketing support, comprehensive one-on-one training, website and CRM access, and a dedicated Transaction Coordinator.
You will:
- Focus on high-volume production
- Agents are responsible for effectively managing a large number of leads. Implement an advanced lead-generating system across various marketing channels such as TV, radio, and PPC.
- Regularly follow up on more than 100 buyer leads.

- Maintain regular contact with customers to gain insights into their specific needs.
- Show potential buyers desirable properties in Tampa and surrounding areas.
- Schedule meetings with potential buyers to discuss their real estate requirements.
- Negotiate on behalf of customers to ensure successful and rewarding real estate transactions.
- Actively participate in open houses, networking activities, and training events.
- Guide and assist up to fifty clients throughout the entire home-buying process.
- Develop expertise and strive to become a leading professional in the real estate business.
- Foster a collaborative and teamwork-oriented atmosphere.
- Seek out instruction and embrace challenges to continuously improve skills.
- Represent the brand with a positive outlook and strong professional demeanor.
- Meet designated income goals set by the organization.
- Demonstrate the organization's values and reputation in a favorable light.
- Must have a current Florida Real Estate License or be in the process of obtaining one.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent service to clients and performing at the highest level.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to technology and established processes.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and through messaging platforms.
- Proficient in the use of computers and technology, particularly email, text messaging, and Google. Prior experience with a CRM system is a plus.
