DayToDay Responsbilities: Primary responsibility is to make sure app is up all the time Respond to reports of app being down Triage call-- they will lead and come up with solution Tier 2 app-- recovery time is 4 hours Work with monitoring to put additional monitoring and do help with set up (identify gaps) Prepare for disaster recovery apps Documentation of process and discoveries Deployments on Friday night (expected they have to work beyond their typical 8- 5) Have to get on triage calls In se
