You will serve in an Interdisciplinary position in the Facility Management Div, PWD Portsmouth, VA

Requirements:

In addition to the basic requirements of this position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Performing a full range of duties concerned with the planning of facilities; such as office buildings, heating plants, industrial shops, utilities and recreational facilities normally found on military installations; 2) Preparing planning project documentation including detailed project description, facility study, cost estimate, site approval, and environmental assessment; 3) Providing advisory or review services on specific problems, projects, programs, and/or functions related to engineering, architecture, and/or community planning; 4) Analyzing engineering proposals, drawings, and specifications in the design, construction, and alteration of facilities; and 5) Performing planning functions related to land use planning, as well as knowledge of technically related fields, such as real estate, housing, engineering, legal concepts, and environmental management. NOTE: This experience must be fully supported in your resume to be considered for this position.
