This position is located in The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, Assistant Commandant for Human Resource (CG-1), Personnel Service Center, Washington, DC.
Requirements:
To Qualify for the GS-13: Applicants must have 1 year of experience equivalent to at least next lower grade level (GS-12).Examples of specialized experience includes:
Developing, implementing, and executing the nationwide recruitment programs for active duty, Reserves, and non-Coast Guard Academy officer personnel. Providing advisory services towards improving the efficiency of all non-Academy officer, active duty and reserve programs. Providing program statistics, measurements, and procedures employed by the non-Academy officer and enlisted programs to track and process various types of personnel actions.Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
