This National Guard position is for a PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D1259000 and is part of the FL SMO, National Guard.
Requirements:
AREA OF CONSIDERATION: This position is in the Excepted Federal Civil Service "under the authority of 32 U.S.C. 709" and is open to Category 1 & 3 Only. Category 1: All permanent/indefinite (T32 and T5) technicians employed by the agency WITH dual FL National Guard military membership; Category 3: All current military members of the Florida National Guard. First consideration will be given to Category 1.PCS: Permanent Change of Station (PCS) MAY be authorized. Authorization for payment of PCS expenses will be granted ONLY after determination is made that payment is in the best interest of the Florida National Guard.

MILITARY GRADE: Enlisted/Warrant Officer; E1 thru CW2
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must have experience, education or training which indicates the candidate can reason in quantitative terms, communicate orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner, understanding the terminology and data pertaining to repair operations and process characteristics of the production activity.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-07 Must have at least 1 year equivalent to at least next lower grade level of experience, education or training working with people from various levels and backgrounds; experience with a general knowledge of the functions and procedures of production control, records, references, and techniques for developing production control data; experience assisting or maintaining workflow.
