The Deputy Associate Director, Program Development and Support has oversight of program offices responsible for delivering innovative healthcare and insurance technical/business solutions, shaping legislation and regulatory guidance, developing business intelligence and health systems data analytics solutions, conducting stakeholder outreach, enhancing the enrollee experience, and establishing policies and procedures related to the administration of and enrollment in insurance benefit programs.Requirements:
The Executive Core Qualifications are required for entry to the Senior Executive Service; to meet the minimum qualification requirements for this position, you must show in your resume that you possess the five Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) and two Technical Qualifications (TQs), listed below.Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs):

ECQ 4 - BUSINESS ACUMEN: The ability to manage human, financial, and information resources strategically.
ECQ 5 - BUILDING COALITIONS: The ability to build coalitions internally and with other Federal agencies, State and local governments, nonprofit and private sector organizations, foreign governments, or international organizations to achieve common goals.
Technical Qualifications (TQs): Demonstrated comprehensive technical and administrative knowledge of insurance principles and practices; insurance industry trends, laws, rules, and regulations related to insurance benefits programs; and healthcare technology solutions including data management and analysis.
