Description:
AHT Cooling System USA, a leader in refrigeration systems for the grocery and convenience industry is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our Ladson team .
Reporting to the Controller, you will have responsibility for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to be used to assist management with cost control efforts including P&L financial analysis, budget variance reports, sales reporting, and inventory valuation.
Other key elements of this role include:
- Assisting with continual budget preparation in accordance with Group Accounting Manual
- Assisting with external audits
- Performing monthly gross margin analysis and make pricing recommendations
- Preparing simulation analyses for E&O inventory for management action
- Updating product costs on a quarterly basis
- Preparation of monthly CPL pack
- Supporting month end closing activities
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or other business-related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in finance and/or accounting
- Prefer experience in manufacturing industry
Additional Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and/or bookkeeping procedures
- Understanding of IFRS 15 Revenue Recognition standards
- Intermediate level skills with MS Excel and Word
- Previous experience with SAP is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
- Must be skillful at problem solving, self-motivated and able to prioritize work load
