Job Description: We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer for a very important client 1 Configure and maintain Voice and Video communication systems, provision new user accounts and provide support. 2 Diagnose and resolve VOIP related issues, including call quality problems, call drops, connectivity issues. 3 Monitor network traffic to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, generate health and call statistic reports. 4 Implement and enforce security measures to protect the VOIP system.
