Work Location (onsite): KC or Minneapolis, MN With minimal supervision, Specialists are responsible to analyze complex situations, demonstrate ability to apply critical thinking techniques to validate understanding of existing infrastructure technology solutions and/or test and validate new solution designs. Maintains a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), (AGILE, Accelerated SAP (ASAP), Waterfall) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) procedures.
