As a Bilingual Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of outbound calls, addressing varying degrees of questions or concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. Utilizing your bilingual skills, you will assist customers in resolving complaints and inquiries, while maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout interactions.
Responsibilities:

• Manage high volume of outbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns.
  
• Identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Utilize computer systems to track customer interactions and record details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
  
• Provide friendly, empathetic, and professional customer service at all times.
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.
  

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
  
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
  
• Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $15.00 to $15.50 per hour
