This position is located with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Superintendent, Fort Apache Agency in Whiteriver, Arizona. Implementation of stand analysis prescriptions developed by Forest Development Foresters and Silvicultrurists to meet stand objectives.This is a Bargaining Unit position, for more information see What are bargaining units?
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:GS-02: 3 months of general experience OR High School Diploma or equivalent degree.
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: (1) Any type of work that demonstrates the applicant's ability to perform the work of the position, or (2) experience that provided a familiarity with the subject matter or processes of the broad subject area of the occupation. Can be evidenced by farming or ranching work that involved application of cultural, soil and water conservation practices, including safety and use of equipment, and that provided a basic understanding of land use; or forest or range fire control, prevent on, or suppression work.
