THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.This National Guard position is for a LEGAL ASSISTANT, Position Description Number T5609000 and is part of the ID JOINT FORCES HEADQUARTERS ARMY, National Guard.
THIS POSITION IS TEMPORARY; NOT TO EXCEED 31 AUGUST 2024.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE:
Provides technical and procedural guidance and support to unit commanders and legal personnel as required in the accomplishment of a variety of assistance and clerical duties necessary for effective and efficient operation of the program.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
One year of specialized experience which includes implementing administrative policies and procedures; advising on matters of office legal administration/processes, file management, and coordinating administrative procedural functions. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service
