The Legal Division is seeking to fill this position with an attorney to conduct and oversee litigation matters on behalf of the Board. The Board has independent litigating authority in many areas and coordinates with the Department of Justice in other areas.Requirements:
Requirements FR-27Successful candidate will have at least four years of work experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel to the government or a corporation, conducting litigation in federal district and appellate courts and/or before administrative tribunals. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal capabilities, personal initiative, and adaptability in working across legal disciplines, and will have experience in all aspects of federal civil and appellate court practice. The Attorney will be responsible for representing the Board in litigation in a variety of areas including the Administrative Procedure Act, banking law, employment law, and the Freedom of Information Act. Bar membership and U.S. citizenship required.

Bar membership and U.S. citizenship required. A writing sample is required at the time of application submission.
