This position is located in Rocky Mountain National Park in the Facilities Management Division.Government housing may be available on a temporary or permanent basis, but it is not guaranteed. Housing assignments are made though a bid process.

Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors:- Ability to do the work of a Maintenance Mechanic WG-09 without more than normal supervision. Must have demonstrated skills and experience to perform journeyperson level work in at least two of the following trades: Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting, Roofing, Masonry, and Electrical.(SCREEN OUT)
- Ability to Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc. (includes blueprints reading).
Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
