This position is located in Rocky Mountain National Park in the Facilities Management Division.

Government housing may be available on a temporary or permanent basis, but it is not guaranteed. Housing assignments are made though a bid process.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors:
  1. Ability to do the work of a Maintenance Mechanic WG-09 without more than normal supervision. Must have demonstrated skills and experience to perform journeyperson level work in at least two of the following trades: Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting, Roofing, Masonry, and Electrical.(SCREEN OUT)
  2. Ability to Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc. (includes blueprints reading).
Ability to Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment. Knowledge of Equipment Assembly, Installation Repair, etc. Knowledge of Materials. Technical Practices (theoretical, precise, artistic) Use of Measuring Instruments If your knowledge and ability in the SCREEN OUT factor above is not sufficient, you will receive no further consideration.
