Specialized Experience Statement (HR/SME): One year of specialized experience at the NH-02/GS-11 or equivalent grade level in the Federal service performing the following: 1) utilizing and applying financial/resource management systems, such as ATAAPS and DCPS, Remedy; 2) resolving financial reporting problems, data retrieval, transaction input, report/data analysis, regulatory interpretation, etc.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
