The Policy & Capabilities Directorate ensures the IC is best postured for the threats and challenges of an uncertain future, through strategy, policy, and capabilities development. Comprised of 7 organizations, PC oversees IC Human Capital; Acquisition, Procurement & Facilities; Intelligence Advance Research Projects Activity; Science & Technology Group; Requirements, Cost & Effectiveness; Policy & Strategy; and Domestic Engagement, Information Sharing & Data.Requirements:
Expert knowledge of the mission, charter, roles and responsibilities of ODNI and of individual IC organizations.Expert knowledge of training programs, courses, and other instructional methodologies, including the ability to identify, evaluate, and recommend appropriate courses, programs, and solutions to develop required workforce skills and abilities.
Expert ability to collaborate both internally and externally across organizations in a fast-paced national level environment.
Experience in delivering, assessing and improving learning and professional development programs, including curriculum development/instructional design, and the ability to translate workforce development needs based on IC missions, into high-quality, high-impact instructional and learning programs.
Expertise using technology for learning delivery.
Strong oral and written communication skills and demonstrated success in student engagement with instructional methods that address a variety of learning styles, including collaborative techniques.
Desired Requirements
Expert knowledge and experience in applying adult learning principles and methodologies to the design and/or selection of courses.
Experience delivering instruction to adults both virtual and in-person.
