Job Position: Medical Receptionist/Physical Therapy Technician
Location: Forest Hill, Maryland

Pay Rate $15 - $18 Dependent on Experience
Agape Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude and commitment to join our team. This is a dual role position that will multi-task to keep the front office running smoothly and assist our therapists.

Job Duties:
- Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service
- Coordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge
- Answering phones
- Electronic scheduling
- Data entry
- Maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records
- Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments
- Assist Patients, Physical Therapists, and Physical Therapist Assistants in the clinic.
- Faxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Entry level with data entry experience preferred
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Excellent telephone skills
- Team player attitude, energetic, able to multi-task, with a focus on excellent customer service
- Flexible with your hours
- Organized with attention to detail
- Great time management skills
