Requirements:
ASSESSMENT FACTORS
1. Describes DoD/IC mission and objectives, applicable laws, statutes, orders, directives, treaties, agreements, procedures, and/or guidelines for conducting CI and/or Cover activities in work products or during mission execution.
2. Experience training students or briefing leadership on risk mitigation strategies to minimize the vulnerability of organizational equities.
3. Provides instruction to planners and technicians on implementing cover support within CI
operations, and articulates impact to operations and customer requirements.
4. Anticipates problems and obstacles associated with moderately complex projects and proactively develop creative solutions to address them prior to implementation.
5. With no supervision, completes work, meets priorities, and achieved results based on the organizations goals and objectives.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS
1. Military and/or civilian instructor experience.
2. Experience as a DoD cover support officer developing and managing cover support programs.
3. Graduate of Cover-Specific Courses (please list courses graduated).
