Requirements:

GS-11 : To be eligible at the GS-11 level, you must meet at least ONE of the following conditions, as defined below: Specialized Experience, Education, OR a combination of Education and Experience.
Specialized Experience:You must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 level in Federal service. Examples of specialized experience for this position include: (1) working in a law office providing technical assistance to litigation teams on case management and discovery; (2) reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing voluminous documents; (3) organizing and managing case-specific discovery; (4) using automated litigation support technology such as Eclipse, Relativity, Case Map, or related programs to organize case information for retrieving and indexing digital evidence; and (5) performing legal research andwriting.

Preferred Candidate will have experience providing technical litigation support related to Health Care Fraud (HCF) in order to facilitate litigation decisions; reviewing, analyzing and synthesizing Medicare, Medicaid and/or other insurance data for suspicious billing patterns,loss calculations, etc.; preparing computerized trial presentations, such as on Trial Director; and using data analytical tools for healthcare and prescription data to manipulate, analyze, and present data.

OR

Education: One of the following types of education in a related field (e.g., Criminal Justice, Law): a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.M., if related. Education at the graduate level must be in an accredited college or university and must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the duties of the position.

OR

Combining Education and Experience: Combinations of successfully completed graduate education and experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements. In order to qualify based on a combination, graduate education must be in excess of 2 full years.

Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP)- The ICTAP provides eligible displaced Federal competitive service employees with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
