JOB SUMMARY The Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) System Specialist provides services related to the maintenance and upkeep of the computer aided facilities management system, drawings and related facilities and people data. In addition, this position provides support to various departments within the Charter real estate portfolio by assisting with inquiries related to system standards, researching information, and coordination of updates within the CAFM system.
