We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing an office in a dental setting, with knowledge of Open Dental, Medicaid, and PPO benefits, budgeting, financial management, and HIPAA/OSHA regulations. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining patient records, managing office supplies, and providing excellent customer service.
We are an office located in central Colorado Springs with three doctors. No late nights or weekends. We offer 401(k) with match, basic life insurance, vision, medical with a contribution paid by the company toward the medical plan of your choosing, and more.

Compensation:$52,000 - $58,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain and update patient records using electronic health record systems primarily Open Dental
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality, Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain staff and patient safety
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment
- Collaborate with back office to ensure efficient workflow and patient care
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using office software applications Open Dental
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures, understanding of insurance PPO and Medicaid
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
