We are searching for an attorney who is passionate about assisting persons in need of Family Law. We believe in conquering crises and planning a better future for our clients for our clients. We are searching for an attorney who can hit the ground running and provide great representation to our clients. You must show compassion and the capacity to create relationships with your clients

This is a position for an experienced attorney who is capable, knowledgeable, and confident in handling a workload with relative autonomy while working with a great legal team. Compensation is commensurate with experience and skill and is negotiable. The salary plan comprises a base wage as well as bonuses for output and performance. We provide competitive benefits including medical & 401k matching. We also pay for continuing legal education, bar dues, and some voluntary bar memberships that have been approved.

  • Exceptional communication skills needed to work with all levels of staff and our clients
Compensation:

$90,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, depositions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings
  • Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings, perform legal research, and work with senior associate attorneys to provide legal advice
  • Achieve or exceed the position's key performance metrics
  • Create a legal strategy based on the aims of each client, the circumstances of the case, and applicable law
  • Assign work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their progress while assuming full responsibility for the outcome and meeting all deadlines
  • Keep track of the time and value you provided to clients so you can evaluate what worked and what didn't, as well as what you might do better in the future
Qualifications:
  • Has a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
  • Proven experience practicing as an Attorney
  • Candidates must have passed the bar exam and be in good standing Washington State Bar Association
  • 5 years of family law experience in King or Snohomish County
  • Desire to work in person or a consistent hybrid schedule
