- Capable of leading their team

- Mechanical background - could help out when necessary
- Able to work quickly and efficiently
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented and holds to their expectations
- Submit warranty and service contracts in a timely fashion and follow up until payout
- Doesn't settle and is looking for opportunities to upsell
