Opportunity and position information: Transmission Builder or Transmission R&R Specialist - Arrow Automotive Transmission Specialists is growing again… we are adding new services and Technicians.
Arrow Automotive Transmission Specialist is an independent/locally owned auto repair business that has proudly serving the Northern Nevada area for over 38 years. Our shop is a member of ATRA, AAA certified and part of the NAPA Elite program. We offer an outstanding 12 bay facility, well trained staff, great work flow systems, and a strong sales team that takes excellent care of our clients. A supportive work culture is very important to us, that is why we provide our staff with a tight-knit work environment, with all the resources they need to learn and grow.

Experience / Work environment / License:
· Valid driver’s license and acceptable record
· Experience with Asian and Domestic Transmissions
· Possess strong organizational and time management skills
· Build and maintain positive work relationships with customers and staff
· Ensure a safe work environment at all times
· Diagnose, Road test and Verify repair
· Exhibit expert-level knowledge of automotive transmission repair
· At least 3-year professional automotive transmission repair experience
· Drug, Alcohol, and Drama free
· Ability to lift and or carry 75 lbs.
· ASE / ATRA Certifications a plus but not required
