Job Description: We are looking for 9 help desk team members to join our current team to assist with a 3 - 4 month project. During the summer months, this team handles approximately 300-700 of tickets per day with a resolution rate of 60%. All other tickets are escalated to various IT support teams who support the district.This person will be responsible for initial troubleshooting of an issue and must be able to thoroughly document their work in the ticketing system (they currently use HEAT).
