job summary: Responsibilities: Monitors DTM dashboards daily and follows the cheat-sheet for related action items Communicates with DTM product owners, sponsors and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood and addressed Investigates alerts, works with requesters and job owners to close alerts Monitors DTM inbox Works under guidance of DTM Leads and Product Owners Performs some basic and end-user testing to ensure DTM functionalities are intact Identifies trends and pattern
