Our client is currently looking to add an Technical Support Engineer to support their increase in orders. This company has been in the Pittsburgh market for a long time and is known for how well they treat their staff.Job Details:
This is a direct hire role.
Includes healthcare, vacation, 401k.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- The ability to read, understand and apply the content of blueprints, instruction manuals, procedure manuals and assembly manuals.
- Ability to generate new business by outbound calling and by reaching out to existing customer base.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products
- Careful attention to detail, organized, strong work ethic, high integrity Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional influencing skills Ability to work effectively as a team member and with customers.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Self-confident, self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Education and Experience:
- Associates or Bachelor of Science degree in an electrical related discipline such as: Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering Technology.
- Able to effectively communicate with customers and sales personnel.
