Description: Our client is looking for multiple Telecom Technicians to help with adds/moves/changes on cisco phones. They will be responsible for logging in to phone systems, perform moves/adds/changes, program phone based on MAC address and phone #, go in telecom closet and patch drops. Need to know what they are doing in a telecom closet. An example of an issue is if they are told there is a drop that is not active in a closet, they will then have to go to that closet and see if it is patched
