We’re looking for a highly-driven, organized, and personable human resources manager to play an important role on our team. You’ll be responsible for the business administration, coordination, and enforcement of our human resources plans and procedures including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities:- Advise on key organizational policies, decision-making and strategic planning initiatives including business administration and annual budget
- Make sure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified candidates who would be assets to our organization
- Optimize and enforce personnel policies and procedures
- Manage human resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or related major
- Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Over 3 years of experience in upper-level HR management
Brown County Oral Health Partnership (OHP) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing dental care to children. The mission of the organization is to change the lives of our communities’ children through access to excellent oral health services. Dentists at OHP complete comprehensive general dental care for children from birth to age 19 including preventive and restorative services. We provide care in our dental clinics, local schools, and hospitals in Green Bay and the surrounding areas.
