Job Summary:
CareLinx by Sharecare is looking for caregivers to provide companionship care to clients with Dementia or a behavioral health condition. The caregiver will provide supervision and support
with clients as directed and report on any new conditions or needs that may arise. You will be making a difference in people’s lives and creating meaningful relationships with clients.
This role is full-time or part-time. We are looking for several caregivers for various shifts with some weekends and holidays required.
Responsibilities:
- Companionship
- Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks
- Engaging in activities with the client
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs
Qualifications:
- Caregiver experience
- Ability to communicate in English
- Care and compassion for others
- Fluent in Hebrew, Russian, Spanish and/or Cantonese language (Preferred).
Other Requirements:
- Valid government ID
- Eligibility to work in the US
- TB test
- Proof of COVID vaccination, including first booster
- Reliable transportation
