Duties The Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT), within the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCSPP), is responsible for the implementation of several important environmental statutes with broad crossmedia impacts, including the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
