Administrative Support Assistant

Description:

Serves as the Executive Support Assistant to the Associate Center Director.

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.

To qualify for GS-09 level, you must have:
One year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-08 level: Performing a full range of office support activities such as planning and scheduling meetings, capturing meeting notes, reviewing office communications, correspondence or other documents, and assisting with travel arrangements; Utilizing policy and procedure documents to support a range of administrative office matters; Planning and coordinating work efforts and identifying possible operating issues and/or situations affecting the efficient flow of work.
