You will serve as a GENERAL ENGINEER in the FACILITIES DIRECTORATE of MARCORPS NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION.Requirements:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with facilities/infrastructure condition assessments evaluating deterioration; ascertaining maintenance and repair estimates required to meet national/local standards; and providing recommendations for energy/environmental/health/safety, and natural resources compliance. Experience with MILCON and O&M Programs; special studies, delivering presentations, and developing/administering projects/plans, and making recommendations.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
