Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY (Advanced Reentry Cost Estimating Section Head) in the Plans & Programs Division (SP10); Cost Estimating Branch (SP17) of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS.

Requirements:

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-3 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
  1. Leading teams of government and/or contractor personnel to conduct life cycle cost analysis for Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, National Nuclear Security Administration, or similar national security investments;
  2. Quantitative analysis of program cost risks and uncertainties;
  3. Briefing cost analysis products to senior program stakeholders and other cost estimating organizations;
  4. Interfacing with engineers and other technical staff to ensure common understanding of program definition. Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
