THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY), Position Description Number D1622000 and is part of the ME 101st Force Support Squadron, National Guard.
Requirements:
This is a Dual Bid Job Announcement. Position will become AGR effective 01 OCT 2024. Applicants need to apply for BOTH announcements for 1 Position. Prior competition will allow Technician to become an AGR effective 01 Oct 2024, pending medical and Personnel review.
Military Grades: E7 & Below

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education or training which involves the exercise of analytical ability, judgment, discretion, and personal responsibility, and application of a substantial body of knowledge of principles, concepts and practices applicable to one or more fields of administration or management. Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Must have at least 24 months experience, education, or training involving the administering, delivering, maintaining, advising, and adapting basic concepts, principles, and theories of Human Resources to the unique organizational, management, and mission requirements.
