POSITION TITLE: Senior Vice President, Sales Operations

POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales Operations to strategically lead the success and growth of our customer, sales, revenue, and margin goals Nationwide. The SRVP will be driving the strategic plan, execution, and people management within the sales operations team. The ideal candidate will have proven success leading the sales strategy within the telecommunication industry, has an existing book of business to bring immediate opportunities, is results driven with a high level of work ethic and an ALL IN attitude to achieve results.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides executive level leadership of sales professionals including performance, hiring, firing, compensation, development, etc.
  • Creates and drives KPI’s for the entire sales organization to ensure consistent performance that directly aligns with the company strategic plans, short term, and long term goals
  • Expert relationship builder; has their own book of business and not only leads the strategy of the sales team, but also rolls up their sleeves to sell themselves, bringing in new, immediate, work with current and/or new customers
  • Create the sales analytic and reporting strategy including past, present, and future data management that includes pipelines, opportunities, legacy, closed wins, forecast, etc.
  • Create, implement, and drive a forward-thinking sales and go to market strategy to support the company’s current goals and future backlog needs
  • Stays ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities, potential partnerships and emerging technologies contributing to the overall financial success of the organization
  • High level of interdependence with marketing, proposals, and contracts team to ensure on time and quality customer proposals and bids
  • Produce professional presentations showcasing why ADB is the preferred solution to various size and scope customers ensuring clarity on lines of businesses, quality, culture, safety, past performance, etc.
  • Ability review and understand large enterprise program Contracts, Statements of work, Master Service Agreements, and Change Orders
  • Full understanding of project financials including Work in Progress (WIP), Job Cost Reviews, Cash Flow, Budgeting, and Profit and Loss (P&L) Management
  • Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with department leadership to streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Develop and Implement effective communication strategies to facilitate seamless information flow across the entire company. Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and other documents and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Accountable, Self-Motivated, and Self-Managed to complete tasks within deadlines provided and holds others accountable to same expectations; ensures processes are complete with a high level of follow through and follow up
  • Performs other position duties when requested

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Company headquarters is located at 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069; open to remote office work in one of ADB’s main divisional offices and/or work from home with frequent travel to HQ

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • 10+ years of sales, operations and/or business development experience within the telecommunications space required
  • 5+ years of proven success leading a sales team through KPI’s and within a high growth environment required
  • Existing book of business to bring immediate work and opportunities required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
