Description: We are looking for 3 motivated Tier I Technical Support Technicians to add to the our team of 4 on the Helpdesk. This Tier I team is responsible for providing a mixture of phone and hands on support to our internal employees using Fresh Desk ticketing system. The Helpdesk Manager is a previous manager that TEK supported at LHC and comes from a management/training background.
