Description Client needs a Service Desk Analyst for a contract position with the potential for extension and conversion to an FTE. This person will have 1-3+ years of Help Desk experience, experience with imaging Windows machines (any imaging tool is OK including SCCM, KACE, Intune, etc.) and experience deploying Windows patches or security fixes (similar to imaging, please ask candidates about this), would be a nice to have. Zoom/Teams/Webex video conferences support would be great. Client uses
