Description:
This position could be part time or full time depending on the candidate.
The Club Manager is in charge of running day to day operations of the Club with an emphasis on attention to detail and maintaining superior service standards.
Duties include but are not limited to
Managing inventory
Direct supervision and ongoing training for existing staff
Recruitment of new/additional staff
Promoting the Club/encouraging others to promote the Club
Ensure operations run according to safety and sanitation standards and laws
Running promotions
Work directly with Club ownership to maintain Ownership Vision for the Club
Leads all staff in such a manner as to obtain the best service level at all times
Club Manager skills and qualifications required
In accordance with Texas Law, all staff must be 21 years of age or older
Professional and well-groomed appearance
High level of emotional intelligence, superior communication and excellent interpersonal skills
People oriented- enjoys interacting with a diverse customer base
Dependable- reliability is of utmost importance
Familiarity with basic Office computer programs
Attention to detail- preference for focusing on details of work rather than the bigger picture
Previous experience managing staff/inventory is a plus but not required
