Description:

The Information Technology Specialist position is located in the Office of Secure Transportation, Office of Technical Services (OTS), Engineering Systems and Technology Division (ESTD), Command & Control, Communications, Computers & Cyber Branch (C5B), and serves as Program Manager providing oversight and technical direction, as well as budget planning and execution for the IT Support Services Contract and related infrastructure.

Requirements:

A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA Demonstration Project pay band or GS grade level in the Federal service, i.e., NQ-02 or GS-12. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:

1. Experience managing IT programs and/or projects.
2. Experience preparing and managing long-range budgets.
3. Experience providing expert information technology guidance and recommendations.
