Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes planning and advising on programs and processes that influence organization improvements in areas such as coordinating the development of short/long term planning, policies and procedures, coordinating strategic business planning efforts for multiple programs.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
