This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.About the Position: Serves as the Assistant Product Manager in the Office of a PEO Missiles and Space Product/Project Manager.
This is a pay banded position. The NH-03 encompasses grades 12 and 13 on the General Schedule.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Working to plan and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal operations for the organization; 2) Preparing analysis reports on the efficiency of projects for the organization; and 3) Managing studies to provide for improvements and incorporation of new data for operations of systems.
This typically includes work performed at the next lower grade/level (NH-02/GS-11) position in the federal service.
