Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes applying legal, regulatory, and program guidance to the management of sexual harassment/assault cases; coordinating the provision of care for victims through advocacy efforts; implementation of prevention activities based on data analysis that promotes the reduction of sexual harassment/assault and associated retaliatory behaviors. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
