Description:
You will serve as an Engineer under the Deputy Technical Director of NSWC PHILA DIV.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer executing test and evaluation of auxiliary machinery systems and ensuring systems engineering principles are applied. Examples of qualifying experience include:- Use of risk management tools
- Strong leadership skills or experience in briefing technical stakeholders
- Experience with design of systems or review of drawings to produce equipment installation drawings in accordance with specified interface control documents
- Experience in developing work products to verify & validate work has been performed to a standard that will pass a certification audit
- Experience developing and executing a budget, such as supporting contracting, acquisitions, maintenance, and sparing strategies.
