You will serve as the Quality Assurance Team Lead in the Safety and Mission Assurance Directorate. Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the execution of hardware requirements and procedures, overseeing audits, surveillance, correction and improvement of both mature and developing activities/processes, and monitoring quality-critical processes to ensure compliance with project requirements and acceptance standards.Requirements:
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.To qualify for GS-13, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level:
- Coordinating Center test schedules/resources to ensure Safety and Mission Assurance obligations are met;
- Verifying aerospace product quality for safety and compliance; and
- Assisting in the development of test procedures for aerospace product quality.
