Description:

The typical seasonal entry-on-duty period is April through June but can be variable during these months due to weather conditions, project needs, or funding. Anticipated Entry on Duty: May 2024.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors:
  1. Ability to do the work of a Maintenance Worker WG-4749-7 without more than normal supervision (SCREEN OUT)
  2. Carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and other trades appropriate to this position.
  3. Troubleshoot and take initiative to solve problems and accomplish work assignments in a safe manner.
  4. Has knowledge of a variety of technical trade terminology, tools, and equipment in more than one area.
  5. Possess a strong work ethic, dexterity and am able to perform strenuous work as required by the position.
  6. Possess the ability to use a computer, maintain records, and perform simple arithmetic calculations.
