No assumptions will be made about your experience.You must possess one (1) full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 level that is equivalent in difficulty and complexity. Specialized experience is defined as work in Property Management; experience performing duties in a property, budget, or financial automated system of record such as the Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) based Financial Business and Management System (FBMS).
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade requirement in accordance with 5 CFR 300.604. If you are a current Federal employee in the General Schedule (GS) pay plan and applying for a promotion opportunity, you must have completed a minimum of 52 weeks at the next lower grade level.
Physical Demands: The work is performed in both an office and warehouse environment. The office work is primarily sedentary and requires no special physical demands. The warehouse work requires physical exertion such as long periods of standing, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching or similar activities. The work in the warehouse also requires moving, lifting, and carrying moderately heavy items and involves the operation of material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, stock picker, etc.). The incumbent is required to drive government vehicles to perform work and is required to travel by various means to reach work or training locations. Incumbent may also be required to inspect construction work sites where contract work is being accomplished.
Work Environment: The office work involves everyday risks or discomforts that require normal safety precautions. However, work in the warehouse involves exposure to moderate risks, discomforts, and unpleasantness such as high temperatures. The incumbent will be required to wear goggles and gloves and may be required to wear other protective gear as necessary. The incumbent will be required to follow special precautions when working around storage areas containing explosives, corrosive, or highly combustible materials. Occasionally work may require field site visits and work under construction site conditions.
